I am underweight from malnutrition, Im a picky eater and i dont do much to really fix it, So its my fault, HOWEVER. Whenever i do want to go out with friends or family to do something productive for a change, I throw on the hypershell Pro X, And once i turn it on i sort of just forget its there

When you are using the Hypershell, It tries to learn your gait and match your timing, This leads to it feeling like you arent actually getting any assistance from it, But i assure you that no matter what you THINK when you first wear it, it is ABSOLUTELY assisting you

As for weight when powered off, Its really negligible, I carry a 6 lb belt setup every day so i might be biased, But its seriously like it isnt even there, No pressure points (Atleast for me since im very small) and its padding is more than adequate anyways.

Final trailing thoughts on it, I think 1100 is too expensive, And it can have hiccups from time to time with movement, Sometimes it will oppose you at random seemingly, No clue why i guess it just gets tripped up if you dont walk quite right, but its RARE, It doesnt happen too often and when it does, It isnt really a burden i would say, It sorts itself out rather quickly, If i had my choice of pricing i would place the Pro X at the 650 - 800 USD range, But i dont have a clue what they cost to produce so thats just brainstorming.

If you think it will help you, OR you think you will use it, Its worth getting just because theres no other option, Nothing about the product really stands out as poorly made or not well thought out, Im just putting in criticisms wherever i can, With that in mind i think you can deduce that its an excellent piece of tech.

P.S. About the video (If it displays, I did provide a link) I did re-test the running again a week later, And had about the same result, With or without stopping to gawk at the cows towards the end, I was about the same level of fatigued/winded at the end, Dont bother giving criticisms on the video because i know just as well as you do that it sucks, Lol

Really pleased with how good these are. The reduction in effort while not obvious makes a huge difference and has allowed me to do much more than I was previously able to do. I’m very grateful to the team who developed the hypershell. I know not designed for those with reduced mobility but in the right situation they have been a life changer

Life changing device for those with MS. Can tend to move awkwardly if I turn to the side to take a step, but this device has helped me walk up a mountain near my home and back which I could lot have done for several years. It would be great if the app ‘learned’ my gait a bit and helped me adjust to have a more normal gait, but perhaps a future update. 🙂

The battery performs strongly while being used, though it went from 3/4 charge to empty within half a mile of easy to moderate trail, on the Eco setting (level 2).

The Hypershell x is awesome! I have spinal stenosis and drop foot in both feet. My feet drag on the ground so I use 2 walking poles to get around and try not to trip. I have had this for 35 years now and have tried everything to help me walk. I have tried AFO's, Walk Aide with electronic stimulation to the nerves but that device just burnt holes on my leg. Try to put shoes on with an AFO or drive a car. Not happening. Got the Hypershell and walked across the kitchen floor and my family couldn't believe the difference. I use it on Hyper Mode just to get the extra lift. I can now go for walks on our trails in the bush on our acreage without tripping and falling. I still take the walking poles for extra support. I can actually look around when walking instead of looking directly at the ground in front of me scanning for tripping hazards. I think it is actually training me to get my gait smoother and my stride longer. I'm not worried about using up the battery faster on Hyper Mode because I never go very far from home. I only go for a thousand steps a day right now which is 10 times further than I used to go. Going to be great for the heart and lungs as well. Each week I will gradually go further and further. Hopefully the next generation model will have individual batteries for each side so I could wear it in a vehicle without the battery behind my back. I would like to wear it in stores in town but I wouldn't like having to put it on beside the car every time I go into a different store. I will be the first in line buying to buy the next new model. This is the best thing I have ever used to help me walk since I was 35 and now I am 69. Thank you, thank you! Randy

I really like this Exoskeleton. It is very light and very comfortable that i almost don't feel that i am wearing it. Once you have adjusted the straps to your body putting it on only takes a couple of seconds The assistence of lifting the legs while walking can be fine tuned between zero assist and maximum which feels like a puppeteer is lifting your legs.

I was unsure about the exoskeleton, but I am very glad I have. I have a neurological issue on my right side that means I fatigue when walking after about 3/4 of a mile. Having this means I am now able to walk about 2 miles. Although when I turn it off I can hardly lift leg.

I took a tumble awhile back that left me temporarily mobility impaired. I am now at the point where I don't even have much of a limp. But I still have a maximum speed of "mosey" and about a 6 block effective range before I start having problems.

The Hypershell popped up in my targeted advertising (grudging kudos to AI) so I decided what the heck. I just returned from a family trip to visit grand kids, my first opportunity to give them a real test. I had no problem keeping up for a full day at a very hilly theme park. I am quite sure there would have been absolutely no way I could have kept up without the very unobtrusive assistance of the Hypershell.

Humorous side note: At breakfast a couple of days after the theme park, the only time I wore the Hypershell, my granddaughter piped up and said (paraphrased) grandpa, when you die can I have your bionic legs?

The Hypershell has enabled me to walk distances and compensates for my reduced lung volume. The quads and glutes eat up a lot of oxygen. The Hypershell augments these large muscles and reduces the oxygen demand. Before Hypershell, I would have to stop often and catch my breath. It was a real chore to walk a mile. Now I can walk on and this helps to maintain bone density and its wonderful to get outside.

I bought 2 of them: one for my mom, who has aging knees, and one for her cousin, to use together on a road trip. My brother implied that my mom likes them. She texted me to say yes, she wore them, and can I fix her phone.

I boughtit because I’m sick and not able to walk long distances or go outside that much. I have it now more or less two weeks and I’m really happy about it that I bought it. It’s really helping me and support me while walking and it helps me to not lose too much energy while walking.It’s really easy to handle and the quality is a good standard. I would recommend this to friends and people with walking disorders.

It provides some assistance when in use, but the detection sensitivity is insufficient to benefit polio patients. It is more suitable for use as an aid for individuals without such conditions.

The Hypershell has been very beneficial, assisting my weakened legs from LGMD( limb girdle muscular dystrophy). My only suggestion is a shoulder harness, to prevent slippage. A well thought quality product,

A great start to usin this tech, I use it to help with my gait when my MS acts up. Sometimes skips a beat if I turn my hips to the side, but at the right setting it helps me walk at speeds I have not managed for years.

Hypershell is great. It lives up to all the “hype”. Its made my walks easier and eased the demand on my lungs for oxyy

This works really well. I was skeptical that I would get a useful product because afaik this is a first gen consumer exoskeleton. I was pleasantly surprised with the performance. I got a ~6 inch lift in my vertical leap. it is a noticeable improvement when walking up stairs.

I use the Hypershell for rehab and strengthening purposes- result of incomplete spinal cord injury. Very good impact already after only 6 sessions.
